Job Description

TopSpot is looking for a talented, passionate, and talented Podcast Editor with 1 – 2 years of professional experience.
A candidate should be hardworking, dedicated, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and grow as we provide a friendly and challenging work environment for candidates to put in their best efforts.

Responsibilities:

· Email communication directly with the clients regarding ongoing Podcast insights.
· Managing/ Posting social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
· An analysis of how to maximize the number of podcast downloads and reach through social media.
· Producing monthly ideas for the growth of Podcast Show on different Podcast platforms.
· To edit audio, add clips, splice clips, process with enhancements,
· To ensure the quality of audio according to the set parameters,
· Work on raw .wav files then splice, edit, and adjust audio with certain audio enhancements, export as .mp3

Requirements:

· A good understanding of the US accent (excellent listening skills) is required.
· Audacity (for basic edits and content clipping).
· Must be proactive, use sound judgment, and address things that need attention
· Good email writing skills – should have experience communicating with clients.
· Grammatically correct writing is a must (sentence structure, punctuation, proper word use, and phrasing)
· Ability to handle pressure and perform tasks within predefined time frames.
· Extensive Excel reporting experience.
· Skills in data analysis – Provide clients with solid insights based on analysis of raw data.
· The use of office tools is essential, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Should have an understanding of the different social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram,  YouTube, and LinkedIn.
· Ability to come up with new social media strategies.
· An excellent ability to conduct web research.
